as the Tombstone Huckleberries defeated the Dublin Pubcrawlers 8 to 2 at
Chase Field.
Dublin was unable to recover after Tombstone went ahead in the 5th inning when
they tallied 4 runs on 5 hits. The big moment was provided by Schwarber who
disappointed the partisan crowd when he popped a two-run clout over the
fence. Dublin was out-hit by Tombstone, 13 hits to 4.
Garcia(1-0) was the winner allowing 1 run in 7 innings. Carlos Carrasco(0-1)
took the loss. He pitched 4 and 2/3 innings allowing 6 hits and 4
walks.
Tombstone continued on their recent roll, their winning streak now reaching 6
games and counting. Adam Smith was upset but philosophical about the loss.
