Marcus Semien rocketed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI as the sizzling Chicago Colts
outscored the Holland Heffalumps 13 to 6.
Semien was in a groove all evening. He tripled in the 3rd inning, ripped a
solo home run in the 5th inning, launched a three-run homer in the 7th inning
and doubled in the 8th inning. Chicago had 17 hits for the game and Holland
had 11.
Dylan Floro(7-0) got the win allowing no runs in 2 and 2/3 innings. Nathan
Eovaldi(5-12) was tagged with the loss. He allowed a few too many
baserunners giving up 7 hits and 2 walks in 3 and 2/3 innings.
'I was in my hotel room the other night, working on my swing and made some
adjustments,' Semien said. 'I'm always working on it. If they are getting you
out certain ways, you've got to make changes.'
