Left fielder Dominic Smith hit a homerun and had 3 RBI as the red-hot
Hollywood Marines bested the Streator Reds 4 to 3 at Comerica Park.
Lance Lynn(3-3) pitched a fine game. He allowed 4 hits and 1 walk in 7
innings. Overall Hollywood out-hit Streator 8 to 4. Lynn got help from Liam
Hendriks who earned his 4th save. The loss was charged to Yu Darvish(1-5).
Despite taking the loss, he whiffed 14 batters in 7 innings.
In another of a string of victories, Hollywood extended their winning streak
to 7 games. 'I'm glad to get the win', Lynn said. 'We've got some good
momentum going now.'
