Matt Olson cracked 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Ryan Brasier was the winner at
The Heffadrome as the Holland Heffalumps beat the Dyersville Jurassics in 10
innings by the count of 8 to 5.
Both teams were tied at 5 runs apiece after nine innings. Holland came out on
top in the 10th inning. After two were out Ty France started the rally when
he was walked intentionally. Olson came to the plate and clubbed a three-run
home run giving Holland the win much to the delight of the home town crowd.
Both teams finished the game with 10 hits.
The victory was credited to Brasier(2-0) who went 2 and 2/3 innings, allowing
no runs. Jonathan Loaisiga(1-1) was given the loss in relief. He was a
hard-luck loser, pitching 3 innings and not allowing an earned run.
Wth the win Holland now has a record of 22-19. With the loss, Dyersville has
a record of 3-7 lately, 13-28, worst in the division overall.
