Clayton Kershaw had an impressive outing as the Columbus Crowd beat the Gotham
Gold Gloves by a score of 5 to 0.
Gotham was unable to climb back into it after Columbus went ahead for good in
the bottom of the 3rd inning plating one baserunner on 2 base hits. That
early run support was all that Kershaw(1-0) required. Columbus finished with
10 hits while Gotham ended up with 3.
Deivi Garcia(1-1) was the loser. He allowed 10 hits and 1 walk in 8 innings.
