topped the Tombstone Huckleberries by the slimmest of margins, 6 to 5.
The score was knotted at 4 after nine innings. San Ybel won the game in the
11th inning. After an out was recorded, Alex Bregman initiated the scoring
spurt when he drew a walk. Shed Long stepped into the batter's box and he
smashed a two-run homer giving San Ybel the victory and sending the 10,844
home-town fans home happy. Both teams finished the game with 11 hits.
Chase Anderson(6-9) went 1/3 of an inning allowing no runs for the victory.
Kevin Ginkel(1-2) was the loser in relief. He was unable to retire a batter
giving up 1 hit and no walks.
