Yuli Gurriel went yard and had 2 RBI at The O.K. Corral as the streaking
Tombstone Huckleberries beat the Dyersville Jurassics by the count of 3 to
2.
Tombstone took the lead for keeps in the 6th inning plating an isolated run.
After an out was recorded, Gurriel blasted a solo shot. Dyersville tried
unsuccessfully to come back in the 9th.
Blake Snell(7-4) got credit for the victory, pitching 7 innings and allowing 2
runs. Aroldis Chapman earned the save, his 22nd. Tanner Roark(5-9) suffered
the loss. He pitched 7 innings giving up 7 hits and 2 walks.
In another of a string of victories, Tombstone extended their winning streak
to 7 games. 'I'm glad to get the win', Snell said. 'We've got some good
momentum going now.'
