Dyersville Jurassics defeated the pathetic Streator Reds in 10 innings 4 to 3
at the ballpark.
The game was deadlocked at 3 after nine full innings. Dyersville won the game
in the 10th inning. J.T. Realmuto lined a single. Marte was next and he
lashed a single. Brandon Crawford then stroked a single to load the bases.
Eduardo Escobar stepped in and he drew a walk giving Dyersville the victory
and sending the 53,630 home-town fans home happy. For the game Dyersville
out-hit Streator 15 to 4.
The winning pitcher was Jose Leclerc(5-7) who allowed 2 runs in 2 innings.
