One run was the difference at Citizens Bank Park as the Dublin Pubcrawlers
defeated the Palatine Cubs in 11 innings 3 to 2.
The game was deadlocked at 2 after nine full innings. Dublin won the hard
fought contest in the 11th inning. Ian Kinsler lined a single. Joey Votto
stepped up next and he doubled scoring the run. Dublin totaled 8 hits on the
night.
The win was credited to Cody Reed(1-1) who went 1 and 1/3 innings allowing no
runs. Reed got help from Kenley Jansen who was credited with his 11th save.
Roberto Osuna(1-2) ended up with the loss in relief.
