In a game for the baseball purist, Tyler Anderson(1-0) and Zack Godley(7-1)
squared off in a tense pitching duel, Chicago Colts finally emerged
victorious over Tampico Stogies, 2 to 0.
 
Chicago set the tone of the game in the first inning scoring one runner
utilizing 2 base hits.  That early run support was enough for Anderson and
Chicago.  The pitchers took over after the 2nd inning as neither team was
able to score again.  
 
Anderson got help from Brandon Kintzler who was credited with his 7th save.
