Dyersville Jurassics 9 to 6 at The Horseshoe.
Ervin Santana(7-0) pitched well for Columbus in their victory. He allowed 7
hits and 1 walk in 8 and 1/3 innings. Dyersville threatened in the 9th but
their rally came up short.
Doug Fister(3-4) ended up with the loss. He was not very effective,
surrendering 6 runs in 5 innings. Jim Aldrich was subdued after the
ballgame, 'That one really hurts. If our guys had simply played more
fundamentally sound, we could have won that one. That is what really ticks
me off!'
