The Dyersville Jurassics bested the Hendersonville Commandoes by a 7 to 4
score at Englefield Green.
Dyersville scored the winning runs in the 9th inning plating 3 runs on 3 base
hits. Brandon Moss led off the inning for Dyersville when he singled. After
an out was recorded, Robinson Chirinos stepped in and he drew a walk. After
another out, Starling Marte then laced a one-base hit. Curtis Granderson
followed and he clubbed a three-run home run. Dyersville finished with 11
hits while Hendersonville ended up with 6.
Jeremy Jeffress(3-0) got the win allowing no runs in 1 inning. Arodys Vizcaino
recorded his 14th save. Drew Hutchison(3-3) ended up with the loss in
relief. He gave up 3 runs in 2 and 1/3 innings of work.
