Some key dates are:

1. 1/9/2015 - Pre-draft trade deadline. All trades after 1/9 take effect after the draft. You can only enter the draft with a total of 35 players/picks, any excess results in forfeited later round picks.
2. 1/24/2015 – Ballpark changes are due. You have two options. One, select an actual MLB park whose dimensions will vary as the park does. Two, create your own park which cannot be changed for three seasons. If you design your own park, the singles (from 1-20) and homers (from 1-20) cannot vary by more than four from left to right for both singles and homers (i.e. singles vs. lefties 2, singles vs. righties 6, homeruns vs lefties 15, homeruns vs. righties 19). Doubles and triples are a single factor between 40 and 160; higher rating causes more of each.

The league purchases a ratings disk from Strat each year when it becomes available.

FINANCES:

Bank account balance is $1,531.90. We are in good shape financially, $300 of 2014 prizes still to distribute with $442 of revenue outstanding for the 2015 season. So, unless there is a groundswell, we should continue to waive the $1 trade fee.

I used 2014 prize money to pay 2015 dues for DUB ($40 wildcard) and NIM ($60 Championship Runner up). Other payouts to occur after the rest of playoffs resume. The balance due is the money owed before the draft starts.
