separated the combatants at game's end.  The Tampico Stogies won by the
slimmest of margins, 4 to 3.
 
Chris Archer(9-10) had a solid outing for Tampico.  He allowed 11 hits and no
walks in 7 innings.  Tampico won despite being out-hit by Chicago 12 hits to
9.  
 
Francisco Rodriguez gained credit for his 12th save.  David Buchanan(7-5)
ended up with the loss.  He got hit hard, allowing 7 hits and 2 walks in 4
innings.
