With the crowd on their collective feet, screaming at the top of their lungs,
Dublin Pubcrawlers rallied to top Dyersville Jurassics by the score of 6 to
5.
Dublin had the game winning rally in the bottom of the 9th inning as they
scored 6 runs on 4 base hits. The biggest moment was provided by Ian Desmond
who thrilled the crowd when he smacked a three-run homer. Dublin had 10 hits
for the night.
Ubaldo Jimenez(3-2) was the winner allowing 1 run in 1 and 2/3 innings. Greg
Holland(1-3) was the losing pitcher in relief. He surrendered 1 run and 1
hit without retiring a batter.
'Wow, that was fun!', Jimenez said following the game. 'Once in a while you
play a game that reminds you just why you got into this business to begin
with!'
