In a close game it was the seemingly unstoppable Columbus Crowd 5, the Tampico
Stogies 3 at The Horseshoe.

Columbus plated all the runs they needed in the 3rd inning when they tallied 5
runs on 6 hits. That early scoring was all that Roenis Elias(3-2) needed.
Both teams totaled 9 hits on the night.

Elias was helped out by Joe Nathan who recorded his 3rd save. Kevin
Gausman(5-2) was tagged with the loss. Columbus knocked him around a bit, as
he gave up 5 runs in 3 and 2/3 innings.

With the win, Columbus continues their noteworthy winning streak.
