final score, 5 to 4.
The game was won by Hoffman Estates with a run in the bottom of the 9th
inning. Melky Cabrera ripped a solo home run making Hoffman Estates
victorious to the delight of the the home town crowd. Hoffman Estates had 12
hits for the night while Hendersonville had 8.
The win was credited to Kevin Quackenbush(1-1) who went 1 and 1/3 innings
allowing no runs. Brian Matusz(2-2) was given the loss in relief. Hoffman
