Caracas came up with 5 runs in the top of the 4th inning with the help of 4
hits. The big moment was provided by Salvador Perez who silenced the crowd
when he clubbed a two-run home run. Caracas banged out 10 hits on the night.
Jorge De La Rosa(6-7) was the winner allowing 2 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings. De
La Rosa got help from Glen Perkins who earned his 7th save. Martin
Perez(1-7) was given the loss. He was touched for 6 hits and 2 walks in 3
innings.
