Norichika Aoki hit 2 doubles as the San Ybel Islanders bested the Columbus
Crowd 9 to 5 at The Horseshoe.
San Ybel had the winning rally in the top of the 8th inning when they tallied
4 runs on 4 hits. The biggest moment was provided by Mike Moustakas who
silenced the stadium when he doubled scoring two baserunners. San Ybel
banged out 13 hits on the night.
The victory was credited to John Axford(1-3) who went 2 and 1/3 innings,
allowing no runs. Josh Roenicke(0-6) was hit with the loss in relief. He
pitched 1 and 1/3 innings and surrendered 4 hits and 1 walk.
