One out later, Jose Bautista got his chance to keep things going, but he went down on strikes. Prince Fielder stepped up to the plate and he lashed a single. Burbank had a chance in the 9th but they came up short. The win was credited to Scott Feldman(2-1) who went 6 and 1/3 innings allowing 3 runs. Feldman got relief help from Huston Street who gained credit for his 4th save. Joe Blanton(3-1) suffered the loss. He surrendered 5 runs and 7 hits in 5 innings. 'He gutted it out' Rich Domovic said of Feldman. 'I was very impressed by his tenacity.'
