Matt Thornton(3-1) blanked Yuma while the Anarchy City Chaos managed just one
run in a 12 inning evening game at Lateralus Parabola.
The game was a scoreless tie after nine. Anarchy City won the hard fought
contest in the 12th inning. After two outs Matt Wieters lofted a solo-blast
'downtown' resulting in an exciting win for Anarchy City and a raucous
post-game celebration by the home town fans. Anarchy City had 8 hits for the
game and Yuma had 4.
Kyle Kendrick(5-6) took the loss in relief. He gave up 1 run and 1 hit in 2/3
