win in dramatic style over California Luv, 8 to 5.

Yuma came through with the game-winning runs in the bottom of the 9th inning

Howie Kendrick who came through for the home fans when he electrified the
crowd with a Grand Slam home run. Yuma totaled 12 hits on the night.

Craig Breslow(6-1) got the win allowing 1 run in 1 inning. Marc
Rzepczynski(2-1) was charged with the loss in relief. He was not very

Brian Anderson was ebullient after the game, 'It's great to win a hard fought
game like that. Our guys just weren't going to be denied. And did you see
the fans - they were going wild! Yes sir, a very enjoyable win tonight!'
