will be pooled and split between the two new managers.
Team
Name Changes: Team name changes are due by December 9. Please email or call
me if you wish to make a change. I will be compiling the 2007 schedule between
12/9 and 12/15, so I want any team name changes before then.
Mark has already decided to name his
team the Nimrod Numnuts, and I forgot that Dave had emailed me about a month ago
and said that his team would be the St. Paul Saints. For now I am going to use
the codes NIM and SPA for them, respectively.
If anyone wants to change their 3-letter code, let me know. I prefer to keep
them something similar to the start of the name (i.e. the city) just because my
memory is fading in my old age and that is the easiest way for me to keep the
teams straight, but with SSB and HUC sort of breaking that tradition, I guess
it really is not a big deal, and everyone can just pick their code now, too.
DUES AND TRADE FEES
MUST BE PAID BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR DRAFT. Dues are $40 except for new managers who only need to pay the $20 prize
money portion. Trade fees and totals are listed at the bottom of this
newsletter. You can pay on-line via PayPal. I have a PayPal account and that is my preferred method of payment.
I suggest anyone who does not have an account sign up at www.paypal.com. Using PayPal
you can pay with funds either from a checking account or from a credit card.
Either way, please direct payment to LPrezdente@hotmail.com.
If paying via Credit Card, indicate that it is for a Service. If you do not
want to use PayPal, then send a check to me at: 502

CA 93033-7100. If payment in full of all dues and trade
fees has not been received by the time your first pick comes up in the 2007 draft,
then you will forfeit that pick. The only exceptions are those teams that will
have negative balances or balances under $10 after prize money is applied.
